Using sensitization, awareness workshops and seminars as well as at traditional gatherings (funerals. durbars, festivals, marriages, baobab tree conversations, fun time under the moonlight, gametime gatherings, etc.) to educate and help participants shift from limiting beliefs and thought patterns, especially regarding women and girls to those that are innovative, more inclusive and promote growth, resilience and success.   

Strengthening and enabling partner communities/individuals to come together around their shared goal and objectives.

Strengthening connections across communities, groups and issues, enhancing collaboration and shared work.

Equipping them to exercise collective power by educating them to understand their power and how to use it constructively to drive change. 

Developing leadership   capacity by building a strong pipeline of leaders and equipping them with   resources and skills to work well with an enlightened and inclusive   followership 

Enhancing social outcomes by diversifying income generation sources and management avenues, improving food security, and reducing the likelihood of conflict and violence.

Developing strong and   sustainable funding sources and bases, ensuring that individuals, communities   and movements have the resources to operate long-term. 

Enabling partner communities   through a structured approach to track, integrate, measure and help pay for   the viable activities/measures.

Continuously evaluating   progress and adjusting approaches as needed.
