- Sign 20-to-40-year leases along with various other documents confirming these agreements, especially for posterity.
Additionally, customary land administration institutions in all these communities, supportive of this trend, then carry out the necessary sacrifices and pacifications, thereby cementing these positive actions as the new traditions.
